Anastasia O. Davydova

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

Research Fellow in the Department of Geobotany and Ecology.

 

Born on 30 July 1991 in the Shieli village, Kyzylorda Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2009–2014 I studied at Kherson State University, where obtained the Master’s degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection specialty.

In 2014-2016 I worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of Science, Recreation and Education of Dzharylhach National Nature Park.

In 2016-2020 I pursued doctoral studies at the Department of Geobotany and Ecology of the M.G. Kholodny Institute of Botany of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 2020 I defended the PhD thesis entitled «Phytodiversity of NNP «Dzharylhatsky»: structure, dynamics, protection» (PhD supervisor: Prof. Dmytro V. Dubyna, DSc in Biology) and obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Biology (Specialty 091 Biology).

 

Since 2020 I work at M.G. Kholodny Institute of Botany:

  • 2020-2024 – Junior Research Fellow
  • 2025-present – Research Fellow in the Department of Geobotany and Ecology.

Research interests: geobotany, vegetation mapping, phytosociological nomenclature.
